Check "Printer On/Off" setting in POS application.
If you have turned on "Printer on/off" setting in POS application, make sure that on the ordering page, the toggle is set to "Printer is On" (click the text to toggle on/off )
Check printer IP Address

Once you know the printer's IP address, ensure that the POS cashier printer IP is set to the correct IP Address:
Check if CMS setting is set to Print order list upon sending order
1. Login to CMS and navigate to "Manage Printer Config"
2. Set the "Print order List Upon Sent" setting to "Yes" as below
