This guide is applicable when there is no "Failed to print" error on
POS when submitting order
Make sure that the PLU's printer is set to the kitchen printer in CMS
To set the printer in PLU, follow these simple steps:
- Login to CMS and navigate to the item.
- Click on "Edit PLU" button
- Click on "Edit" button
- Select the printers and click "Save"
Check "Printer On/Off" setting in POS application.
If you have turned on "Printer on/off" setting in POS application, make sure that on the ordering page, the toggle is set to "Printer is On" (click the text to toggle on/off )
