a)Printer not printing
Check if there is error light blinking. If no, try on/off the printer

Check the cable is properly connected at the network port, not loose

Check the network port there is blinking light. If there is no light, check the network cable connected to a data port faceplate. If is not connected to a faceplate, need to trace the cable where it goes to.Usually, the cable is label with Dx e.g D1/D2 etc. Go to counter and check if there is a network switch. The Dx cable is usually connected to the switch and the port that Dx is connected must have blinking light.
1d)Printer not printing
Off the printer, press the feed button and turn on the printer for 5 to 10 sec. Release the feed button. A test print will printout with the IP Address. Verify the ip in the paper with the sticker(ip address) paste on the printer. It should be the same ip.

Take this printer and swop with another location where the existing printer is proved printing successfully. Make sure network cable is connected. If is still not printing, please call support.
