1. Check to see if the Internet Service Provider's WiFi internet is also working :
IF IT IS WORKING: Check if the network cable is plugged into router's WAN/Internet port and the other end is plugged into network switch/Internet Service Provider 's Router, try restart the Aptsys Router
IF IT IS NOT WORKING: When iPad connected to Aptsys WiFi, a web page with "Network Cable Unplugged" error will pop out, select 'Cancel' > select 'Proceed Without Internet' to connect iPad to Aptsys WiFi, then contact Internet Service Provider for assistance.
BE INFORMED THAT FUNCTIONS THAT REQUIRES INTERNET(E.G ENT, REFRESH DATABASE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT VIA PAYMENT MANAGER) WILL NOT BE WORKING BEFORE INTERNET SERVICE RESTORED.
